Every 4 months, profits from one coop launch a new women‑led business. The fund cycles through the group.

Mothers pool resources, access small loans, share knowledge, and grow together. Group guarantees replace collateral.
Meet our members →From 25 chicks to 200
A typical group starts with 10 mothers. They receive a fully equipped biosecure coop with 250 improved kuroiler chicks. A trained vet visits weekly. After 4 months, eggs and birds generate profit – part goes to the woman, part into the group’s rotational fund to launch the next member.
Within two years, all 10 women run independent coops, and the group fund continues to support new entrants.
“The rotational fund meant I didn't need a bank loan. After 8 months, I passed on the startup to my neighbour.”
— Nambi Sarah, Mityana group
